Enjoy a welcoming and relaxing afternoon Hatha yoga class led by Allison. The class is designed to be inclusive and accessible, making it suitable for all ages, abilities, and levels of experience.
The class is based on traditional Hatha yoga, combining gentle postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Rooted in Hatha yoga practice, it encourages balance, ease, and a sense of calm. Clear guidance and options are given throughout, so everyone can move at their own pace and feel comfortable, whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced. Classes are held at the Lyttelton Well in the Main Hall upstairs. It's a bright and peaceful space with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and a wooden floor. You’ll leave feeling more flexible, calm, and refreshed. You are very welcome to try a FREE introductory session during term time. |
