Gentle Yoga for Back Care - Course A (6 - 8 weeks)
This is a 6/8 week short introductory course of gentle yoga. It is also suitable for people with joint pain, stiff neck and shoulders, fibromyalgia and fatigue.
It provides an introduction to gentle yoga postures to stretch, strengthen and help ease pain. It also includes relaxation to reduce muscle tension and stress caused by back pain.

Course dates and costsThe course is run on Tuesdays in blocks of six weeks.
